A 2-minute walk from Tachiaigawa Station on the Keikyu Line. Haneda Airport is 16 minutes away without changing trains; Narita Airport is also accessible by train.
Shinagawa is a few minutes away. Asakusa, Shibuya, Shinjuku and Skytree are accessible with one or two transfers.
Each bedroom has a 120 cm-wide small double bed. A folding newborn cot and high chair are provided.
The living room has a 65-inch TV supporting YouTube and Netflix; an account is required.

The kitchen has cookware and tableware for preparing meals.
A washer-dryer and gas dryer are convenient for longer stays.

Other important information
Because the property is near Haneda Airport, aircraft may be audible at certain times. Most guests find this unobtrusive.
The following violations incur an additional fee of JPY 50,000.
• Wearing outdoor shoes indoors.
• Hair dyeing.
• Noise disturbing neighbours between 21:00 and 09:00.
• Smoking in the building or on the premises, or littering cigarette ends.
• Traces of vomit.
• Illegal dumping of rubbish.
• Exceeding the booked guest count without permission.
• Exceeding the booked guest count without permission: twice the accommodation charge for extra guests.
• Damage, soiling or removal of equipment: actual costs charged.
• Fireworks, open fires or charcoal grills.
• Taking away or losing keys: JPY 15,000.
• Leaving the property extremely untidy at check-out.
• Using commercial sexual services.
• Other acts causing disturbance to the property or neighbours.
Cleaning staff arrive and begin work by 10:10. Please leave by 10:00.
Check-out after 10:00 incurs an additional fee equal to half a night's rate.
[Information about insects]
We take pest-control measures including cleaning, hygiene management and sealing gaps wherever possible.
Insects, including cockroaches and small insects, may occasionally enter from outside because of Japan's housing environment, seasons and climate.
This is a characteristic shared by homes throughout Japan.
Finding insects indoors does not qualify for a refund.
Please contact us if you see insects; we will respond promptly.
We will do our best to make your stay comfortable.

Under Japanese law, guest information must be submitted in advance. At check-in, all guests must present ID and be photographed for identity verification.
[Cleaning and replenishment during your stay]
No linen changes or cleaning are provided during your stay.
We prepare the amount of supplies needed for your stay.
Condiments, laundry detergent, toilet paper, tissues and other consumables are therefore not replenished.
Please provide additional supplies yourself if needed.
