Other important information
The property is in a quiet residential neighbourhood.
Please observe the following rules.
• After 21:00, avoid conversations and waiting near the stairs or building entrance.
• Avoid loud conversations, music and other noise indoors.
• If neighbours complain, we may refuse further accommodation and ask you to leave.
Important
• The entrance is on 2F via outdoor stairs. There are also stairs inside.
• Using high-power appliances at the same time may trip the circuit breaker.
• Disposing of a suitcase costs JPY 5,000 each.
The following violations incur an additional fee of JPY 50,000, excluding tax.
• Wearing outdoor shoes indoors.
Please remove your shoes.
• Noise disturbing neighbours between 21:00 and 08:00.
Please also avoid conversations outside.
• Smoking in the building or on the premises, or littering cigarette ends.
• Traces of vomit.
• Illegal dumping of rubbish.
• Exceeding the booked guest count without permission.
Twice the accommodation charge for the extra guests will be charged.
• Damage, soiling or removal of equipment: actual costs charged.
• Fireworks, open fires or charcoal grills.
• Taking away or losing keys.
• Leaving the property extremely untidy at check-out.
• Using commercial sexual services.
• Other acts causing disturbance to the property or neighbours.
[Information about insects]
We take pest-control measures including cleaning, hygiene management and sealing gaps wherever possible.
Insects, including cockroaches and small insects, may occasionally enter from outside because of Japan's housing environment, seasons and climate.
This is a characteristic shared by homes throughout Japan.
Finding insects indoors does not qualify for a refund.
Please contact us if you see insects; we will respond promptly.
We will do our best to make your stay comfortable.

Under Japanese law, guest information must be submitted in advance. The door code cannot be provided until guest registration is complete.
[Replenishment of supplies]
Condiments, laundry detergent, toilet paper, tissues and other consumables are not replenished during the stay.
Please provide extra supplies yourself if you need more.
