A private entrance is on the ground floor. An elevator makes moving luggage easier.
A 3-minute walk from Fudoumae Station on the Tokyu Meguro Line. McDonald's, restaurants and izakayas are nearby.
Gotanda and Meguro stations are within walking distance, with convenient access to Shinjuku, Shibuya and Shinagawa. Direct trains from Gotanda also serve Asakusa and Tokyo Skytree.
The Meguro River is a minute away on foot. Its cherry blossoms attract visitors in spring, and the riverside is ideal for morning walks and evening blossom viewing.

The building is beside a road; traffic noise may be audible.
Earplugs are provided for your comfort.
Construction behind the building may cause noise or vibration on weekdays, approximately 09:00–18:00.
Most guests go out during the day, so the impact on their stay is usually minimal.
Evenings and weekends are not affected.
Please book only if you understand and accept this situation.
The following violations incur an additional fee of JPY 50,000, excluding tax.
• Wearing outdoor shoes indoors.
• Hair cutting or dyeing inside the property is prohibited.
• Noise disturbing neighbours between 21:00 and 09:00.
• Smoking outside the 2F balcony or littering cigarette ends.
• Traces of vomit.
• Illegal dumping of rubbish.
• Exceeding the booked guest count without permission.
Twice the accommodation charge for the extra guests will be charged.
• Damage, soiling or removal of equipment: additional fee plus replacement cost.
• Fireworks, open fires or charcoal grills.
• Leaving the property extremely untidy at check-out.
• Using commercial sexual services.
• Other acts causing disturbance to the property or neighbours.
[Information about insects]
We take pest-control measures including cleaning, hygiene management and sealing gaps wherever possible.
Insects, including cockroaches and small insects, may occasionally enter from outside because of Japan's housing environment, seasons and climate.
This is a characteristic shared by homes throughout Japan.
Finding insects indoors does not qualify for a refund.
Please contact us if you see insects; we will assist as far as possible.
We will do our best to make your stay comfortable.

Under Japanese law, guest information must be submitted in advance. At check-in, all guests must present ID and be photographed for identity verification.
[Cleaning and replenishment during your stay]
No linen changes or cleaning are provided during your stay.
We prepare the amount of supplies needed for your stay.
Condiments, laundry detergent, toilet paper, tissues and other consumables are therefore not replenished.
Please provide additional supplies yourself if needed.
